Mike from Halton Retractable Screens was amazing.  As soon as I sent him an e-mail wanting an estimate he return my E-Mail immediately. We had double retractable screens installed on our patio doors by Mike from Halton Retractable Screens, and the entire experience was excellent. Mike was attentive, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He communicated with us every step of the way, followed through on everything as promised, and the installation was spotless. We were looking to replace our backyard French door screens and came across Halton Retractable Screens on a social media post and asked for a quote. Mike took care of the rest. Mike is amazing.  We initially discussed my requirements after my door installation.  He then came to do a visit so I can take a look at the product.  I love the way that the system was presented and was very happy with the quality of the product.  Having a Phantom Screen for almost 20 years, I found that the The Mirage system was a much better product both quality and dollar value.  Mike came in did the installation and was done to perfection.  He cares about what he does and how he represents the business.  Top notch service. He was great from start of process to the end and went above and beyond in many instances. For example, when we ran into design issues with the project he actually took his own personal time researching solutions for me (solutions that were not even part of his screen installations). Right from my initial RFI email I sent to multiple vendors…Mike was the first to reply with responses, he was open and transparent with everything we discussed including potential issues with my plan that I needed to consider. My large format screen installation was very complex with many moving parts in order to complete and Mike managed all those variables perfectly (ie cedar wrapping posts and beams, leveling of patio stones, installation of gas fireplace, electrical placements, and finally a couple glass sections that would also be installed). If you are considering retractable screens, I highly recommend contacting Mike.”
